Job Description
1. Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
2.Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
3. Prepare report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track.
4.Orientation New Employee and Probation Process.
5.Digital Transformation or Idea type to develop Recruitment Process.
6.Assist any ad hoc HR projects / tasks if required.
Qualification
1.Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Political Science, Psychology or related field.
2.Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition or HR field.
3.Knowledgeable in recruitment processes and selection tools.
4.A team player with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to work independently. And one with a good sense of humor.
