About the position

We are actively seeking fresh graduates to join our international and multicultural team as Account Executives. This is a perfect entry-level position for dynamic candidates who are looking to gain valuable general business, customer service & professional communication experience in an English-speaking environment.

A Day in the Life of an Account Executive

  • Work with inbound leads to help them with their insurance needs
  • Talk with new clients on the phone for an initial consultation & rapport building
  • Make quotes using our internal quoting system
  • Follow-up with prospective clients & providers until the contract is won/lost
  • Get new clients signed up, including application & payment admin
  • Get training on the latest customer service, sales, and deal closing skills
  • Get training on our range of providers & products, including health & life insurance and international savings plans
  • Go to networking events & approach other prospects about our services
  • Communicate with your clients about the next payments, renewals, general questions, etc.
  • Introduce other services to your portfolio of clients

Career Path

YEAR 1-  Account Executives will primarily focus on learning the domestic and international insurance industry, honing their consulting & customer service skills while building their portfolio of clients between 60-80 clients in year 1. A lot of the client focus will be on personal policies, including families and some small business opportunities.

YEAR 2 – Account Managers

As you move to year 2, you are expected to keep growing your client portfolio, professionally develop by increasing your deal values, product knowledge, and start breaking into corporate policies, more family plans, and international savings plans.

YEAR 3- Senior Advisors

As a Senior Advisor, you will be a fully independent entity within our brand, operating with the autonomy to run your portfolio, focus, and business as you wish, within company parameters.

  • Are attracted by high total compensation. Average Year 1 Account Executives will make ~ 12-18M VND/month net including base salary, allowance, and commission.
  • Would like to join a multicultural team with over 6 nationalities on our team of 15 people
  • Monday- Friday working schedule, casual environment

  • Want the ability to transition to other roles over time
