We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be a motivated and experienced self-starter that isn’t afraid to take initiative. Since we are a small team, the Administrative Assistant will take on different kinds of responsibilities, including operations, finance, and HR duties.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact via email and phone
- Provide professional communication to vendors
- General office management duties
- Schedule internal meetings and external conferences
- Coordinate occasional travel arrangements
- Organize filing system
- Support the employee onboarding process
- Run the company’s social media
Requirements:
- Must have previous administrative experience
- Event-planning experience is a plus
- Positive attitude
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to maintain professionalism
