Job Purpose

  • Provide support for Exchange member acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
  • Support the management team and dept on administrative and office management matters

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the business, product development and ongoing relationship management of the Exchange members
  • Assist, follow up and review onboarding documents post client acquisition meeting
  • Maintaining Business & Listing documents and Update Members’ KYC documents in Sharepoint
  • Work closely and provide PA support for the Head of Exchange
  • Manage dept administrative and office management matters

Responsibilities

  • Support the business & product development of the Exchange and follow up with onboarding documents, clients request post client acquisition meeting and assist in preparation of presentations, documents & proposals
  • Provide assistance in maintaining the relationship with the market participants and market makers
  • Manage the calendar of the Head of Exchange, being responsible for scheduling meetings, minuting discussions, conference calls, video conferences both internally and externally, preparing and submitting expense claims, coordinating logistics for overseas trips
  • Manage dept administrative and office management matters such as purchasing, stationery control, vendor operations and relationships including facility management, reception duties, pantry and janitorial services, security etc
  • General ad-hoc duties that are being assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales support or in a client facing role is advantageous
  • Understanding of crypto currencies, how they traded and stored will be an asset
  • Prior experience providing office management support to the dept or PA support to senior exec is advantageous
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Diploma/Degree is preferred
  • Proven team player who is proactive, takes initiative and has the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Self-motivated, strong desire to learn, organised and meticulous with attention to details
