We are looking for an experienced operations leader who deeply understands HR/people operations to serve as Associate Director of People Operations. You will play a key strategic role helping to grow the business and build a unique and strong people-oriented culture at Anduin Transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the People Operations team in Vietnam, act as a coach and an advisor of the team to deliver a complete capability that can scale as the company grows
  • Highlight HR matters, oversee all initiatives and anticipate the consequences to develop a best-laid action plan
  • Act as the first point of escalation, monitor, coordinate with the team leaders to address and resolve employee conflicts, performance issues, and other related areas.
  • Partner with the Director of People Ops and the global People Operations team to align on high-level best practices and foster a unified healthy culture, while providing room for regional autonomy on tactical management.
  • Work with the executive team and the leaders in the employment process to understand and forecast the hiring needs, develop talent, succession planning
  • Monitor and interpret market trends, best practices, and metrics about compensation, benefits packages for Vietnam employees to ensure cost-effectiveness, value, competitive adequacy, and fairness across the distributed teams
  • Represent People Operations in Vietnam to communicate with the upper management about policies, procedures, and resources and take a strategic direction aligned with the company’s growth objectives and in compliance with Vietnam laws.
  • Periodically review with Finance and Strategy team on expenses, labor costs, and budgets for talent acquisition & retention programs in Vietnam to oversee the challenges and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with the Legal department on HR-related legal matters.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of people operations experience with at least 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience in tech/startups or in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Strong track record of leading efficient, high-performing cross-functional teams with a thoughtful, empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation/public speaking)
  • Goal-oriented with strong strategic, analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong project and process management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a consistent ability to drive even the most ambiguous situations toward clarity
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
