Job description:
  • Aspiring consultants will get first hand opportunity to work with interesting people, do meaningful work, and hone the skills you’ll need to start your career in Management Consulting and beyond. As a CTA, you will be part of a team that conducts analysis and provides administrative support. We are looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is always eager to learn new things.

You will improve your problem-solving, communication, and analytic skills. You will use your interests and skills to have real impact, usually early in the project cycle – and to solve problems that no one else can.
  • Research industry information and translate data into meaningful insights
  • Analyze internal client data to determine issues that need to be addressed
  • Conduct interviews in order to gain insights
  • Support consultant team with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Fourth-year undergraduate students or recent graduates
  • Prior internship experience in research or consulting is preferred
  • Must be deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (in Vietnamese and English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work full time in HCMC from Monday to Friday
