About the job

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Executive Search Services in Vietnam
  • Responsible for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
  • Managing day to day operations, control costing and budgeting
  • Set up and Review KPI and Service-level agreement (SLA) for the teams
  • Lead and drive the teams to meet the revenue target and KPI target
  • Define the strategic and implementation plans to achieve goals set
  • Provide market trend advices through market research and salary guides
  • Maintain and improve existing talent attraction and talent retention strategies
  • Explore and provide other HR Consulting and Operations services to clients
  • Produce business performance reports on a monthly or quarterly basis

Job Requirements

  • Degree level or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams in the Recruitment or Executive Search Services industry
  • Successful candidates should have a proven track record of sales and business development, including managing and growing successful teams in the Recruitment or Executive Search Services industry.
  • Possess strong business acumen and determination to drive for results
  • Excellent networking skills and interpersonal skills at all levels
