Cross Border Ecommerce – Logistics team Intern (Based in Seoul)

Job Description

• Logistics data management and maintenance
• Liaising with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to Shopee’s commercial team inquiries about the status of shipments
• Tracking and adjusting shipping errors for outbound shipments, and domestic & international returns
• Analysing and monitoring Cross Border logistics performance

Requirements

• Relevant academic background preferred
• Interest in Cross border Ecommerce logistics operation
• Bilingual in both Japanese and English with strong communication skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organised and focused on quality
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G-suite products
