Customer Service Representative

PostNet Mt Pleasant is looking for a customer-friendly person to join our team. We specialize in print production and packing and shipping services. This associate is a key player in greeting and dealing directly with customers in our small shop. High-level customer service skills are essential in our busy retail environment. A friendly smile is a big plus. This position is part-time in our Mt. Pleasant shop and pays $12 per hour.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provides packing, shipping, and mail services directly to customers. Learns procedures and policies of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Uses the point of sales system to quote prices and process transactions.
• Copies, scans, faxes, and laminates various print products.
• Prepares and produces various media using our printers and finishing equipment.
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Handles multiple projects at the same time.
• Lifts items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications/Skills: Must be comfortable and competent using computer programs.

• Education and Experience Requirements: One year of experience in a retail environment.
• Work Hours: 12-20 hours, Monday through Friday.
• Salary: $12 an hour.
