Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, your role is to drive the development, implementation and review of account plans for a variety of COSOL’s customer accounts. The role will be responsible for maintaining accounts as well as execution of cross/up-selling opportunities.

About the role: 

  • Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Proactive opportunity development of nominated accounts
  • Build and grow a pipeline to meet quarterly/annual targets
  • Develop and implement account strategies and plans according to company goals and objectives aiming to reduce churn and accelerate growth
  • Set and maintain the highest standards of quality for all activity and output regarding your account strategies and plans

About you: 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/customer success
  • A collaborative approach with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues, partners and clients
  • Well-developed problem solving and analysis skills
  • Presentation skills – to present high-level product/solution overviews to C-Level customers
  • High calibre negotiation skills
  • CRM Experience
  • Relevant sales Methodology training
