Your role:

  • Support data engineering work for data democratization, other data products in the enterprise
  • Strong data wrangling skills using tools like SQL, R, Python, Spark etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex analysis and make recommendations based on insights. Experience with a wide variety of analytical or statistical methods.
  • Strong background in data structures and applied data analytics
  • Support data engineering work for data democratization, other data products in the enterprise
  • Building within a concrete CI/CD framework, experience within at least one cloud platform/tools (GCP, Azure, AWS, JupyterLab, Databricks, SageMaker, Kubernetes, Snowflake)
  • Developing reports and data models across multiple data sets that cross over into Consumer, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Customer, Inventory, Marketing data domains
  • Automate new and existing data streams to support our digital/data products, capabilities, and help ELC become more data centric
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in solutioning
  • Leverage SQL, Scala, Python, Spark, Hive code base to write ETL scripts, and leverage visualization tools like Tabluau, PowerBI, Plotly, Looker to share insights
  • Assist in trouble shooting and defining the source of truth for KPIs and metrics, and create common definitions for the business
  • Assess requirements for clarity and business impact, establish and meet project deadlines
  • You will have prior hands-on experience and knowledge leading analytics solutions at scale across multiple Platforms and Visualization Applications and understand their intrinsic benefits
  • The ideal candidate will have experience developing reports and data models across multiple data sets, along with having strong communication and technical skills and has the dexterity to be both a Player and a Coach
  • Strategically and creatively looks at complex problems and systems to drive the correct implementation of the Enterprise technology and architectural standards, compliance, and governance
  • You will have prior hands-on experience and knowledge leading data solutions at scale across multiple Cloud Platforms. You will have working knowledge of data management, version control, and regulatory obligations to ensure compliance
  • Comfort in working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environments

Qualifications:

  • Experience engaging in critical problem solving through predictive analytics, pattern recognition, machine learning, A.I., and statistics
  • Experience Developing the strategy and design for end-to-end data flows to support end-to-end business processes that support the Conceptual and Logical layers of our Data strategy
  • Leading teams and projects in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working in common statistical and analytical frameworks (pandas, sklearn, dplyr, tensorflow, pytorch, or similar)
