Executive – Funnel Management & Performance

The Executive – Funnel Management & Performance is responsible for the sales targeting process and funnel management to ensure the alignment and achievement of the organization’s sales goals and objectives. He/She collaborates extensively with the sales team on the tracking and evaluation of Vendor performance and Demand planning. He/She also supports the sales incentive scheme by working collaboratively with relevant departments and providing relevant data on a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

▪ Manage and coordinate the sales targeting process to ensure effectiveness of sales efforts and that they are aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives

▪ Work closely with the sales team on planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities and ensure the funnels are maintained and updated at healthy levels

▪ Track and update metrics and KPIs, including but not limited to growth, win/loss rates, and length of sales cycle to assess sales performance, identify performance gaps and drivers

▪ Manage and update data and reporting dashboard for performance analyses

▪ Assist FSS in period review of Principal management by tracking metrics just as budget achievement, purchase history tracking and customer orders

▪ Develop standard templates and reports to facilitate Principal reviews

▪ Prepare Principal performance dashboard for senior management’s review

▪ Collate, analyze and report data on sales performance required for the incentive scheme

▪ Support other internal stakeholders for effectively computing the commission payouts for the FSS personnel

▪ Ensure accurate and timely provision of data on sales performance as part of the incentive scheme.

▪ Manage all the customer, events and exhibitions sponsorship requests and associated processes

▪ Alert and follow up with relevant stakeholders for the new sponsorship requests

▪ Leverage funnel data and the purchase history to assist Inventory Management team with Demand forecasting through effective use of data analytics

▪ People Management: Experience in managing and developing staff

▪ Communications: Good oral, written and inter-personal communications skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels

▪ Functional: Good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software

▪ Industry: Basic knowledge of various regulations, policies, statutory requirements, assistance schemes and procedures related to the industry

▪ Planning: The ability to forecast resources and to manage resources to deliver workplace objectives

▪ Analytical Ability, Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: The ability to assimilate and analyze information

quickly and accurately and to formulate decisions and make recommendations for the short- to medium- term

Qualifications/ Skills Requirement

▪ Recognized Diploma / Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accountancy, Business or related fields

▪ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

▪ Experience in Power BI, Tableau or any other BI tools

Experience and knowledge in Business Intelligence and Market Analytics
