We are looking for HVAC Consulting Sales Assistant Manager to work in HCMC, Vietnam
- Having sales experience from sales company: HVAC contractors, Sanitary, Interior Design, Architect consulting, Real Estate Company and Condominium developers
- Have experience/relationship in Interior Design market
- Good knowledge of economic and current market trends
- Ability to develop sales strategy and develop new customer
- Graduate from University (Engineering degree is preferred)
- Friendly, motivated, patient and detail-oriented
- Good at communication, negotiation & presentation
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Fluent in written and spoken in English
- Coaching staff
- Manage team and deploy action plan to staff
- Create action plan or strategy to approach interior design market
- Develop Interior Design network
- Manage RA/Multi/Sky/VRV inquiry & cooperate with Route sales department for selling Daikin products into projects which were spec-in
- Preparation sales promotion campaign to approach Interior Design/End-user into projects
- Consult & convince customers to use Daikin A/C system (in-direct sales)
- Data analysis & report to SGM/GM/AGM
- Make & propose strategy to SGM/GM/A.GM in order to develop new customers from this market
- Weekly and monthly report for customer support activities, analysis their performance
