Job Description

What will you work on?

  • Handle daily shipment arrangement, documentation and system posting of product orders.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare operational reports.
  • Handle full set I/E documents and Bank document presentation.
  • Act as a bridge between his/her subordinate, if any, and superiors or other functional teams in a business organization.
  • Supervise and manage his/her subordinates, if any, to assure that shipment jobs are done correctly and timely.
  • Build team spirit and develop his/her subordinate staff as an ongoing mission.
  • Execute and monitor the enforcement of SI or SOP given to vendors or factories.
  • Daily liaison with vendors, factories, 3PLs, customers and internal departments to pursue timely goods delivery and document provision.
  • Build a good relationship with service vendors and factories to pursue rapport in operation.
  • Lodge import and export declaration to HK trade department.
  • Responsible for daily transactional posting in the system and meeting month-end closing requirements.
  • Responsible for shipment data integrity and timeliness in the system.
  • Drive to meet OTD (on-time delivery) target and other KPIs set forth.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior.
  • Bring up the critical and risky operational issue to superior in time.
  • Prepare daily operation reports as required.
  • Arrange payment acquisition.

How will you fit into the team?

  • Experience in SAP operation is preferable.
  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in Full set I/E documentation and bank document presentation.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fair or good presentation skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.

What are your skills and experience?

  • University graduates in Logistics Management or another related discipline.
  • 3 – 5 years’ relevant trade experience; worked in Hard Toys Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry most preferable.
  • Possess fundamental knowledge in I/E formality.
  • Knowledge in customs formality of India and/or foreign countries is an asset.
