Kikitrade is a cryptocurrency social investment platform incubated by Asia-based VENTURE STUDIO Everest Ventures Group (EVG). The company aims to provide the mainstream investors with a user-friendly and secure cryptocurrency investment experience, and creates an interactive and education-able in-app community.
Kikitrade has recently secured US$12 million in a pre-series A round co-led by British hedge fund billionaire Alan Howard, Dragonfly Capital, Cherubic Ventures, and Animoca Brands. Other investors also joined the round, including Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin and his new fund that’s still in stealth mode, as well as Vulpes, Artesian, Super Chain Capital, Head & Shoulders X, and SNZ.
Successful candidates will have an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and gain broad exposure to the blockchain and crypto industry and Kikitrade’s ecosystem.
You will manage and improve daily operations as well as contribute to the planning and strategy of the platform, helping to set the customer value proposition, understand and improve the customer lifecycle and continue to develop the growing platform in the Kikitrade ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collect user feedback from all channels (Telegram, Facebook, CS complains, In-app Community)
- Write business requirements document
- Explore System integrations to improve product
- Conduct CS & Ops training
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Develop user guide documentations
- Do Business As Usual activities that is required for your product
- Ensure your product delivers on time and as of high quality by closely working with Tech team
- Constantly improve existing product by benchmarking other competitors products , and see if we could implement a better user experience in our product
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, traditional financial product offerings, product development
- 1-2 years of startup / management consulting experience, ideally on internet / exchange / payment / social media sector
- Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills (Mandarin is a must): be able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners. Inspirational to your team and partners
- Fast learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources with Kikitrade
- Data-focused: Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyse the data and gain insights from the data
- User-focused and product-driven mindset
- Innovation: ability to innovate and think outside the box
- Fluent in both Chinese and English is a MUST
- Bonus point: if you are familiar with blockchain or digital assets products
This position is full-time and pay will be competitive and based on talent and experience.
