Summary
Lidl Asia are hiring for a Project Administrator to support our IT Business Solutions team with project administrative tasks and project governance.
What you’ll do
- Help to set-up the project governance around how the team executes projects. This includes, but is not limited to, weekly status reports, tracking financials, risk register, and hours logged.
- Provide a full range of administration support and document coordination for project implementation, including project execution framework, staffing resources, and project updates / status.
- Support in integration with the department’s Sharepoint.
- Conduct ad-hoc reports and / or tasks as required.
What you’ll need
- Proven administrative skills with a rigorous and organised approach.
- An understanding of project management and knowledge of the project management lifecycle.
- Ability to present complex topics in a structured and illustrative way.
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Jira / Confluence, MS Forms, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English, whilst Cantonese or German is advantageous.
- Retail or sourcing industry experience is beneficial but not required.
