Your ‘day to day’

• Provide Quality related KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) result in weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and ad hoc for factory performance review purpose.

• Follow up on product quality problems encountered to enable timely corrective and preventive actions, with collaboration among Quality, Manufacturing and other departments.

• Manage assigned quality projects improvement and regularly report on the quality projects progress.

• Handle customer and consumer complaint which covering complain response to markets, follow up internal organization, monitor the corrective and preventive action and track the actions effectiveness.

• Monitor product quality testing and inspection for regular control strategy, trials, and improvements at factory level, and coordinate with STS Laboratory and Global Team related sample shipment and sample testing conducted outside factory level.

• Lead coordination with Project Leader, Manufacturing and other departments in Operations related for end-to-end new product launches (NPL) activities, product revamps/upgrade and market/regulation requirement changes at products. It covers assurance of manpower, specification, material methods and machinery requirement are in place to ensure activities can be done as per scheduled.

• Provide reports of trial and NPL activities which cover quality result and process performance and coordinate to follow up any issue and concern during trial and/or NLP activities. It also covers providing project tracking and update for any drum beat meeting.

Who we’re looking for

• Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• Have 2-3 years of working experience in industrial company, preferably in FMCG company with Quality background

• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written & spoken

• Equipped with Excel, Macro, and Power BI skills for analysis and reporting process

• Have extensive knowledge in Quality Management System, Good Laboratory Practice, Environmental, Health and Safety Requirements
