Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2020 by two Harvard grad, we’re venture backed by international investors. YOUR ROLE

• Manage and perform hands-on end-to-end recruitment process for all job levels; researching labor market trends, working with management to understand staffing needs, writing JDs (description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.), conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, and more
• Develop & implement strategic sourcing strategies across advertising, social, career pages, referrals, agencies, university, meetups, events and more
• Monitor the sourcing process and work with managers to ensure hiring needs are met on time
• Employer branding initiatives such as employee blogs, reviews, and social media posts
• Maintain daily updates on recruitment software, update relevant information to HR system
• Follow up closely with candidates prior to their joining and post joining till end of probation
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience as a Recruiter
• Startup experience preferred
• University degree with good grades
• Tech savvy and excited to use new tools (e.g. Airtable, Wordpress) to implement HR initiatives
• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English
