Description:

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Manager Performance.


Principal Responsibilities

  • On-going evaluation of plans and budgets to ensure the resources required are in place and that markets and Regions are in line with the overall framework
  • Setting, agreeing, monitoring and reporting on effectiveness and performance evaluation measures
  • Improving performance evaluation measures via alignment to market best practice
  • Driving the Marketing effectiveness agenda and ensuring that Marketing spend is optimal and business partners are updated on the results of the function
  • Deriving Market Mix Modelling and Econometrics standards
  • Driving the growth of business and enhance customer value through effective agency management
  • Leading and executing the portfolio management of overall marketing strategies and media activities
  • Overseeing media trading, traffic and performance
  • Leading the localisation of Marketing Mix Modeling and analytical tool to optimize media investment
  • Managing agency performance, identifying publisher partnership opportunities, and establishing collaboration across team on data connectivity and analytics to continuously improve planning and execution
  • Executing Third Party Management, operations and process on agency management


Requirements

  • Broad based business experience, ideally within a large blue chip Financial Services or related industries
  • A range of Marketing Planning experience, including demonstrable success in understanding and working with strategic viewpoints and hypotheses, with ability to make sound judgment of marketing plans
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modelling and Econometrics
  • Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience of project management driving for greater value through the smart application of resource
  • Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Can work independently, both at a strategically and tactical level
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
