SVP of Marketing


Reporting to the COO, the SVP Marketing will be a key member of the leadership team who will support the organization’s growth and exposure by owning all aspects of the Marketing function. The SVP Marketing will be a brand ambassador who is confident in leading strategic marketing and direction while delivering growth and profitability. In addition to leading Moxe’s marketing strategy, the SVP Marketing will provide oversight to the Sales, Lead Generation and Product Marketing teams.


    • Formulate and execute Moxe’s marketing strategy for the company and for each product line
    • Formulate and execute a short term and long-term marketing product road map
    • Plan and oversee marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals
    • Analyze marketing KPI’s to develop metrics and reporting for the board and other key stakeholders
    • Ensure company brand is of high quality and high performance with customers and other key stakeholders
    • Manage inbound marketing and demand generation capabilities
    • Understand and capitalize the needs of new markets, segments, and consumers
    • Drive overall brand management, marketing strategy and execution across all channels while delivering growth and profitability
    • Collaborate with PR agency to publicize and drive company goals
    • Oversee industry events and speaking opportunities
    • Manage all marketing assets and internal and external communications
    • Provide leadership and oversight to the Sales, Product Marketing and Lead Generation teams


    • 10 + years of experience in a marketing leadership role within Health/Tech
    • Demonstrated experience leading high performing marketing teams in high growth environments
    • Strong understanding of marketing best practices across multiple channels
    • Ability to work cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and other disciplines
    • Proven ability to drive successful marketing strategies and business plans
    • In depth knowledge of digital marketing and data driven decision making
    • Strong executive presence, comfort level interfacing with Executive leaders and key stakeholders
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with all levels
    • Collaborative leader, capable of inspiring and motivating teams across the organization
    • Out of the box, critical thinker with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to travel up to 25%


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance required
    • MBA strongly preferred
