Job overview

As our sales manager of Vietnam, you are responsible for undertaking a wide spectrum of sales and business development duties that include the overseeing all sales and sales related activities in our Vietnam operation.

Job Description

  • Use existing network of industry contacts to generate new business pipeline
  • In collaboration with the global account management team, identify and manage pipeline for potential global accounts to meet the targeted growth
  • Maximizes opportunities by participating in the client planning process
  •  Managing all local activities with the client and engaging other departments as required
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Lead the local sales activities and work closely with the global sales and account management teams to provide technical consultation for external clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct presentations and handle technical queries from clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotas and demonstration/ presentation material
  • Collaborate with technical team, to oversee the implementation phases and ensure that the project’s deliverable align with the mutually agreed standards, requirements and scopes
  • Manage solution portfolio by evaluating/ bringing in new technological products that would strengthen/ diversify the company’s service offerings

The Successful Applicant

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Science/ IT/ Relevant disciplines
  • With 5+ years of experience for Sales Manager and 10+ years for Sales Director in Sales and Pre-sales Consultant/ Product Manager position
  • Technical understanding in at least one of the followings: Audio-visual IT, Unified Communication/ IT infrastructure.
  • Prior work experience with IT/AV vendor
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Capable to serve high-profile and enterprise clients
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese

This position has an attractive base salary + commission and other standard staff benefits.
